摘要
以杏花提取物为试材,维生素C和绿原酸标准品为对照品,采用K3Fe(CN)6测定其还原能力,D-脱氧核糖-铁体系法、二苯代苦味酰基自由基和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定杏花提取物中绿原酸的抗氧化活性。结果表明:杏花提取物具有较强的还原性,其抗氧化活性与绿原酸含量密切相关。其中杏花提取物抗羟基自由基活性高于维生素C,浓度为200μg·mL^(-1)时,其还原性可达到64.90%;抗超氧阴离子自由基活性略低于维生素C,浓度为200μg·mL^(-1)时,抗氧化活性为95.26%;抗二苯代苦味酰基自由基活性比维生素C略高,当浓度为200μg·mL^(-1)时,抗氧化活性为81.34%。该研究说明,杏花提取物的还原性和抗氧化活性与绿原酸具有良好的效量关系,杏花中的抗氧化活性物质主要是绿原酸。
Taking apricot as test material,antioxidant activity of chlorogenic acid extracted from apricot flower was measured by D-deoxyribose-iron system method along with 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl pyrogallol autoxidation method,while vitamin C and chlorogenic acid were used as reference substance and reduction ability of the extract was measured by using K3 Fe(CN)6.The results showed that apricot flower extract had strong reducibility,and its antioxidant activity was closely related to chlorogenic acid content.The extract had higher anti-hydroxyl and anti-DPPH· activity but lower anti-superoxide anion activity than vitamin C.Its reducibility with concentration of 200 μg·mL^-1 for hydroxyl was as high as 64.09%,and antioxidant activity was 95.26% and 81.34% for superoxide anion and DPPH ·,respectively.This study showed that the main extract of apricot flower was chlorogenic acid and its concentration largely determined reductive and antioxidant activities of the extract.
