摘要
目的探讨工作坊在新入职护士平衡罐疗法培训中的应用效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年8月新入职的62名护士分为试验组和对照组,试验组按照工作坊进行培训,对照组采用传统带教模式进行培训,培训6周后通过临床知识与技能考核结合理论考试成绩进行评价,并通过问卷调查新入职护士对教学模式的满意度。结果试验组护士的理论成绩、临床知识与技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),对教学模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论工作坊在新护士平衡罐疗法培训中取得较好效果,提高了新护士相关理论知识与实践操作水平。
Objective To explore the effects of workshop on balance cupping therapy training for new nurses. Methods A total of 62 nurses from January 2016 to August 2017 were divided into the experimental group or the control group randomly. The experimental group was trained according to the workshop model. The control group used traditional teaching model for training. Six weeks after the training,the mini clinical exercise score combined with the theoretical examination score were assessed. Besides,the questionnaire survey was conducted to know the satisfaction of the new nurses. Results The scores of the nurses in the experimental group regarding the mini clinical exercise score and theoretical examination score were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The satisfaction level of the nurses in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The workshop model is effective in the balance cupping therapy training of new nurses,and it is worthy to be promoted.
