口腔护理清洁器的设计与应用

Design and application of a modified oral care cleaner

目的设计口腔护理清洁器并进行临床应用,探讨其临床应用效果。方法收集2016年1月—12月在医院呼吸内科住院的63例患者,运用口腔护理清洁器对患者口腔进行护理。结果采用口腔护理清洁器,操作流程所需总时间为(10.06±0.89)min,与传统口腔护理时间相比,时间缩短;患者自觉口腔舒适度良好者为92.1%;口腔清洁度为Ⅲ度者占95.2%;口腔并发症发生率为15.9%。结论口腔护理清洁器的应用可以缩短口腔护理操作流程所需总时间,避免耗材的浪费,增加患者的口腔舒适度,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To explore the effects of a modified oral care cleaner. Methods Sixty-three patients in the respiratory department from January to December 2016 were recruited. Oral care for patients was performed using the modified oral care cleaner. Results After the modified oral care cleaners were used,time of the oral care was （10.06±0.89）minutes. 92.1% patients felt comfortable during the oral care. 95.2% patients had degree Ⅲ of oral cavity cleanness. The incidence of complications was 15.9%. Conclusion The modified oral care cleaner can shorten the total time required for the oral care procedure,avoid waste of supplies,and increase the patient＇s comfort. It is worthy to be promoted and applied in the clinical setting.
