摘要
针对气体超声波流量计信号衰减严重、干扰较大的问题,设计了一种适用于气体超声波流量计的互易性收发电路,以消除零点漂移现象提高流量计的测量准确度。换能器配对实验和温度实验表明:互易性测量系统显著改善了流量计的零点漂移问题,并具有良好的测量稳定性。
The ultrasonic signal decays severely and can be easily affected by noise during the propagation in gas.Considering these factors,reciprocal electronic circuits for gas ultrasonic flow meter are designed. Two experiments are carried out to test the reciprocal circuits,including transducers paired experiment and temperature test. It is verified that the reciprocal circuits can improve the measurement accuracy and stability for gas ultrasonic flow meter.
