包皮环切器联合弹力线在包皮环切术中的临床疗效分析（附1362例报告）

Clinical effects of circumcision device combine with elastic thread in posthetomy： analysis of 1362 cases

目的 观察包皮环切器联合弹力线行包皮环切术的临床效果,并对其进行总结.方法 对本院2009年至2016年以包皮环切器联合弹力线行包皮环切术的1362例病例进行回顾性分析,并将手术时间、平均愈合时间、重要并发症等主要指标与商环进行比较.结果 包皮环切器联合弹力线行包皮环切术秉承了商环的优点,同时缩短了愈合时间,降低了患者的负重感和包皮水肿的发生率,避免了拆环的痛苦.结论 本方法行包皮环切术优势明显,值得在临床推广.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of the circumcision device combine with elastic thread for redundant prepuce and phimosis in posthetomy.Methods Clinical data of 1362 patients of redundant prepuce and phimosis underwent circumcision device combine with elastic thread were analyzed.The operative time,recovery time and main complication with the Shang Ring have been compared.Results All operations were successfully completed.Circumcision device combine with elastic thread group avoid ring-removal pain,the healing time and wound edema incidence was significantly reduced,as well as the pain after the operation.Conclusions Circumcision device combine with elastic thread has great advantages and wide introduction value.
