高迁移率族蛋白在高钙尿相关炎症反应中的作用研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 高钙尿是含钙肾结石形成的危险因素,能直接诱导肾小管上皮损伤和增加炎症因子表达.细胞损伤和炎症反应被认为是结石形成的重要因素.高迁移率族蛋白（high mobility group box 1,HMGB1）是一种炎症介质,生理作用复杂,在结石患者尿液中生成增多.HMGB1在高钙尿和含钙肾结石相关炎症反应中的作用值得深入研究.
