早期干预对精神迟滞患儿的作用效果分析

Effect of Early Intervention on Children with Mental Retardation

目的:研究早期干预对精神迟滞患儿的作用效果。方法:将我院2015年1月-2016年10月收治的100例精神迟滞患儿纳入观察组,对其采用行为干预,另选取100例同期来医院检查的患儿纳入对照组。采用感觉统合量表、适应行为能力以及韦氏智力测评进行分析。结果:治疗前两组患儿的智力水平、感觉统合能力、适应行为水平差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组的智力水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=19.8119,P<0.05);观察组的感觉统合能力、适应行为水平显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=37.6026,17.9991;P<0.05)。结论:早发现、早诊断、早干预可以显著提高精神迟滞儿童的感觉综合能力、适应行为技能同时可促进其智力发育。

The intelligence level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（t=19.8119,P〈0.05）;The sensory integration ability and adaptive behavior level of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（t = 37.6026,17.9991 ; P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention can signi ficantly improve the sensory comprehensive ability of children with mental retardation,and adapt to behavioral skills and prOr mote their intellectual development.
