消化性溃疡患者觉察压力对生活满意度的影响:社会支持的中介作用和调节效应

The Effect of Perceived Stress on Life Satisfaction in Patients with Peptic Ulcer:Mediating Effects and Moderating Effects of Social Support

目的:探讨消化性溃疡患者觉察压力、社会支持与生活满意度间的关系,并分析社会支持的中介作用和调节效应。方法:采用随机方便抽样方法,抽取消化内科门诊确诊消化性溃疡患者438例作为研究组,同时抽取423例健康人群作为对照组,采用生活满意度量表、领悟社会支持量表、觉察压力量表进行数据统计分析。结果:研究组生活满意度得分显著低于对照组(t=-3.993,P<0.01)。社会支持、控制感、婚姻是影响消化性溃疡患者生活满意度的重要因素。社会支持在控制感与生活满意度之间的部分中介效应值为0.0416,占总效应的20.6%;社会支持在超载感与生活满意度之间具有完全中介作用,其中介效应值为0.0832。社会支持在控制感与生活满意度间具有调节效应(P<0.01)。结论:消化性溃疡患者生活满意度较低,社会支持对消化性溃疡患者生活满意度影响较为明显,在控制感与生活满意度间具有中介作用和调节效应。

Objective：To explore the relationship between perceived stress,social support and life satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer,and analyze the mediating effect and moderating effect of social support.Methods：Using random convenient sampling method to select 438 cases from the clinic that were diagnosed with peptic ulcer as the study group,and to select 423 cases healthy subjects as the control group,using the Life Satisfaction Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Perceived Stress Scale for statistical data analysis.Results：The score of life satisfaction of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（t=-3.993,P0.01）.Social support,sense of control and marriage were important factors that affecting the life satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer.The value of partial mediating effect of social support between the sense of control and life satisfaction was 0.0416,accounting for 20.6% of the total effect;Social support had a full mediation effect between the sense of overload and life satisfaction,the value of the mediating effect was 0.0832.Social support had a moderating effect between the sense of control and life satisfaction.Conclusion：The life satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer is low,the social support has a significant effect on the life satisfaction of patients with peptic ulcer,which is also has mediation and moderating effect between the sense of control and life satisfaction.
