延续性护理对扩张型心肌病生活质量及心理健康状况的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Quality of Life and Mental Health of Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

目的:探讨延续性护理对扩张型心肌病生活质量及心理健康状况的影响。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年3月心血管内科收治的90例扩张型心肌病患者为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组各45例。90例患者住院期间均给予相同的对症治疗和护理,患者出院后对照组给予饮食、用药、定期复诊等常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予系统的心理、健康教育、饮食等延续性护理。院后均随访5个月,比较两组生活质量和心理健康状况等差异。结果:护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(41.3±4.6)分、(40.6±5.1)分,显著低于出院时的(57.0±6.4)分、(58.9±6.2)分以及对照组护理后的(51.2±5.8)分、(49.7±5.4)分,差异均具有统计学意义(t=-13.362,-15.291,8.971,8.219;P<0.05);护理后观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.173,4.021,3.406,3.624;P<0.05);调查问卷显示,观察组护理满意度评分较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.111,2.276,3.408,4.956;P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理有助于改善扩张型心肌病患者的心理状况,提高患者护理满意度和生活质量,临床应用价值显著。

Objective：To discuss the effect of continuous nursing on quality of life and mental health of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods：90 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the admission order of the patients,with a total of two cases in each group（n=45）.90 cases of hospitalized patients with symptomatic treatment and nursing were given the same,patients in control group were given diet,medication,regular visits and routine nursing,the observation group in the control group were given the diet,mental health education system,such as the continuity of care.All the patients were followed up for 5 months.The quality of life and mental health were compared between the two groups.Results：Nursing observation group SAS,SDS scores were significantly lower than those at discharge and the control group after nursing（t=-13.362,-15.291,8.971,8.219;P0.05）;Nursing observation group were higher than the control group in SF 36 scores（t=5.173,4.021,3.406,3.624;P0.05）;The questionnaire showed that in nursing satisfaction scored higherthe observation group than the control group（t=7.1112.276,3.408,4.956;P0.05）.Conclusion：Continuous nursing can help to improve the mental health of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,improve patient satisfaction and quality of life.
