社会支持在大学生抑郁情绪和童年创伤之间的中介效应

Mediating Effects of Social Support on Depression and Childhood Trauma of College Students

目的:探讨社会支持、抑郁情绪和童年创伤之间的关系。方法:使用流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D),社会支持量表(SSRS),童年创伤问卷(CTQ-SF)3个量表对566名大学生集体实施测试。结果:大学生抑郁情绪与社会支持存在显著负相关(r=-0.273,P<0.01),与童年创伤成显著正相关(r=0.273,P<0.01);社会支持与童年创伤显著负相关(r=-0.260,P<0.01);在社会支持在童年创伤和抑郁情绪之间中介效应的检验中,主观支持和对支持的利用度均起到了部分中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的24.46%,13.77%。结论:童年创伤对大学生抑郁情绪产生直接的影响,也会通过影响大学生的社会支持对抑郁情绪产生影响。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between social support,depression and childhood trauma.Methods：Using the center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale（CES-D）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）,Childhood Trauma Questionnaire（CTQ-SF）to test 566 college students.Results：College students＇ depression had a significantly negative correlation with social support（r=-0.273,P0.01）,a significantly positive correlation with childhood trauma（r=0.273,P0.01）;Social support and childhood trauma had a significantly negative correlation（r=-0.260,P0.01）;Subjective support and utilization of support had significantly mediating effects between childhood trauma and depression,the mediating effects of the proportion of the total effect were 24.46% and 13.77%.Conclusion：Childhood trauma can affect the depressive mood directly,at the same time,childhood trauma can affect depression by impacting social support.
