Treatment Progress of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

摘要 早发型卵巢功能不全(POI),又称卵巢功能低下,是多病因导致的卵泡功能衰竭,对女性内分泌功能和生育能力的影响不容忽视。POI患者因激素水平改变,可出现潮热多汗、月经不调、烦躁失眠以及不孕等症状,除此之外,也增加了罹患心血管疾病、骨质疏松以及心理健康疾病等风险。尽管其发生率只有1/100,但可使POI的女性身心健康和生活质量均受到严重影响,因此早期发现和治疗对POI患者有重要的意义。由于尚未明确其病因,且近年来其发病率呈上升趋势,因此对于POI的治疗仍需要不断的研究和探索,本文对POI的治疗现状及进展进行综述。 Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), also known as ovarian dysfunction, is a disease due to many follicular function failure, the effect on female fertility and endocrine function should not be ignored. POI patients due to changes in hormone levels, can show hot flashes, sweating, irregular menstruation, irritation symptoms such as insomnia and infertility, in addition, can also increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and mental health diseases risk. Although its incidence is only 1/100, POI can seriously affect the physical and mental health and quality of life of women, so early detection and treatment for patients with POI has an important significance. Because it has not been clear about its causes, and its incidence is on the rise in recent years, so treatment requires constant research and exploration of POI, this article reviews the status and progress of treatment of POI.
