生物标志物对心血管疾病患者运动训练的评估价值 被引量:2

Evaluation of the Biomarkers for Exercise Rehabilitation in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

摘要 运动训练作为心脏康复的核心成分是目前心血管疾病患者综合治疗的重要组成部分,其中运动训练的方式、强度、持续周期因不同患者的状态不同或同一患者的不同状态而异。本文主要介绍与慢性心力衰竭患者或/和冠心病患者运动训练相关的生物标志物,从分子水平上揭示不同的运动训练方式和训练时间对其循环血液生物标志物的影响,旨在为这类生物标志物对心血管疾病患者运动训练疗效的评估价值提供参考,为心血管患者的康复训练评估提供新思路。 Exercise training is an important part of cardiac rehabilitation program for comprehensive treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and the way, intensity and continuous cycle of training vary for different patients or different stages for one patient. This review focuses on biomarkers related to exercise training for patients with chronic heart failure or/and coronary heart diseases, revealing the influence in their circulating blood biomarkers after different ways and time of training from the molecular level, to provide outcome evaluation of exercise training for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
