人巨细胞病毒IgG抗体检测试剂盒国家监督抽验质量评价 被引量：1

摘要 人类巨细胞病毒（human cytomegalovirus,CMV）,属疱疹病毒科,乙组疱疹亚科,分子量为150×10~6 D,是直径为200 nm的线状双链DNA病毒,人是其唯一的宿主。巨细胞病毒的主要感染途径是与被感染病人接触,包括接触被感染病人的唾液、生殖器分泌物、尿液和乳汁,同时也可通过胎盘传播或发生医源性传染.
