摘要
目的:探究早产儿血清S100B蛋白、 白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与早产儿脑白质损伤(WMD)的关系.方法:选取2015.9-2016.12月期间山东大学附属济南市中心医院非WMD早产儿51例为对照组,选取WMD早产儿49例为研究组.统计各组早产儿基础数据和临床表现,收集出生后24h、72h及120h血清样本,用Human〉S100B〉Elisa〉kit检测血清S100B蛋白水平;应用Human〉IL-6〉ELISA〉Kit及酶标仪检测血清IL-6水平.结果:研究组呼吸暂停、 惊厥、 肌张力改变、 反应差个体所占比例均高于对照组,除此之外,喂养困难、 原始反射减弱或消失、 黄疸所个体所占比例统计学无差异,研究组中新生儿出生后24h、72h、120h〉后S100B〉蛋白、IL-6水平均高于对照组.结论:血清中S100B蛋白和IL-6表达在早产儿WMD时水平升高,可作为早产儿WMD的早期诊断的敏感指标.
Objective: To investigate the relationships between serum S100B protein, IL-6 level and white matter damage (WMD) in preterm infants. Methods: Selected 51 cases of non WMD premature infants in Ji'nan Central Hospital from Sep. 2015 to Dec. 2016 as control group, and 49 premature infants with WMD were selected as the study group. Baseline clinical and serum biochemistries of premature infants were collected 24h, 72h and 120h after birth. The level of serum S100B protein was measured by Human S100B Elisa kit. The level of IL-6 was measured by Human IL-6 Elisa kit. All preterm infants were performed MILl test. Results: The proportions of con-~u!sion, apnea, poor response and dystonia in the experimental group was higher than the control group (P 〈0.05) . Compared the proportions of feeding difficulties, the original reflection abate or disappearance and jaundice between the two groups, there was no statistical significance (P 〉0.05) . Compared with the control group, the levels of serum S 100B and IL-6 were increased in the experimental group which measured 24,72 and 120 hours after birth (P 〈0.05) .Conclusion: The expression of S100B protein and IL-6 in serum is elevated in preterm infants with WMD, which can be used as a sensitive indicator for early diagnosis of WMD in preterm infants.
