TMLR联合VEGF基因治疗缺血心肌后心肌灌注和代谢的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察TMLR联合VEGFDNA1 65治疗后心肌灌注和代谢的变化。方法 :动物 (犬 )随机分成假手术组、心肌梗死组、TMLR组、TMLR +VEGF1 65cDAN组 (n =1 2 )。采用正电子断层扫描 (PET)检查不同时期实验区心室壁节段心肌灌注和代谢变化。结果 :TMLR联合VEGF1 65cDNA组治疗后 6周和 1 2周 ,前壁、前侧壁、前间壁灌注量和FDG明显高于单纯TMLR组 (P <0 0 5) ;TMLR组 6周和 1 2周缺血心肌对FDG摄入和心肌灌注较心肌梗塞组无统计学差异。结论 :TMLR +VEGF1 65cDNA治疗后 6周和 1 2周时心肌灌注量和心肌摄入FDG较单纯TMLR显著增加 ,提示成活心肌的数量显著增加和 Objective:To determine the change of myocardial perfusion and metabolism after TMLR combined intramyocardial administration of VEGF 165C DNA Methods: The 48 dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups( n =12),fake group,myocardial infarction?TMLR and TMLR+VEGF 165 cDNA group Regional myocardial perfusion and metabolism were detected with postron emission tomography Results: the amount of perfusion and intake of FDG of anterial ?anterial lateral and anterial septum of left vetricular wall in TMLR +VEGF 165 cDNA group are larger than that in TMLR group after six weeks and twelve weeks Conclusion:a quantity of viable myocardium are striking increase and/or function of viable myocardium are striking recovery after TMLR and intramyocardial administration of VEGF 165 cDNA
