摘要 目的:探讨医学影像三级诊断系统在县域基层医疗机构的临床应用效果。方法:收集经医学影像三级诊断系统与我院联通16所乡镇卫生院的病例。将与我院联通后接受影像学检查的临床病例,设置为观察组。将与我院联通前接受影像学检查的临床病例,设置为对照组。对比两组间的合格率、拍片阳性率、拍片诊断准确率。结果:观察组拍片合格率、拍片阳性率、拍片诊断准确率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:医学影像三级诊断系统明显改善和提高了基层医疗机构医学影像诊断和技术水平,具有较好的实用价值。 Objective:This retrospective study aimed to assess the effects of three level medical imaging diagnostic system in primary level medical institutions. Methods:The clinic data of patients in the 16 township hospitals that have linked to our hospital through the three level medical imaging diagnostic system was collected. The patients who received X-ray examination after linking were the observation group. The patients who received X-ray examination before the linking were the contrast group. The qualified rate, positive rate and diagnostic accuracy rate were analysed in the two groups. Results:The qualified rate, positive rate and diagnostic accuracy rate in observation group were higher than the contrast group. Conclusion:Three level medical imaging diagnostic system obviously promoted the Medical Imaging in the primary level medical institutions.
