基于图论的THS-Ⅲ系统建模与动力学分析

摘要 运用图论理论的基本回路法建立了THS-Ⅲ系统行星耦合机构的运动学方程和系统的运动学模型,并获得THS-Ⅲ系统行星排各构件的转速。在考虑行星耦合机构所有构件转动惯量的前提下,对行星齿轮机构各构件进行了受力分析,并提高了分析精度。同时,利用图论理论建立了THS-Ⅲ系统的动力学模型,并对行星耦合机构进行了动力学分析,最终得到可以完整描述THS-Ⅲ系统行星耦合机构及整个传动系统转速和转矩关系的动力学模型。 A coupled planetary mechanism and a kinematics model of THS-Ⅲ have been built based on the basic circuit theory of graph theory. And the speed for each planetary gear se's element was obtained by the kinematics model. With con- sideration to the moments of inertia for coupled planetary mechanism and all components, the force of planetary gear mecha- nism was analyzed, and accuracy of the analysis was improved. The dynamics model of THS-Ⅲ was built by using graph theory model, and dynamics analyses for THS-Ⅲ were conducted. Finally, the speed model and torque model were both ob- tained.
