摘要
对鼠笼型三相感应电机运用解析法计算出电机气隙磁场,根据麦克斯韦定律求出作用在定子内表面的径向电磁力。运用电机电磁仿真软件对三相感应电机进行电磁场仿真,建立三相感应电机的有限元模型;仿真计算出电机的气隙磁密,并利用Maxwell应力张量法求出电机的径向电磁力。将计算结果与有限元法仿真结果进行比较,为分析电机电磁噪声提供依据。
In a squirrel-cage three-phase induction motor, the air-gap magnetic flux density of the motor was calculated by analytical method and the radial electromagnetic force acting on the inner surface of the stator was obtained in accordance with Maxwell's law. The finite element model of the three-phase induction motor was established for the electromagnetic simulation of the induction motor by using the electromagnetic simulation software. The air-gap magnetic flux density of the motor is calculated by simulation, so that the radial electromagnetic force of the motor is obtained by Maxwell stress tensor method. The results of the analysis and calculation are compared with the simulation results of the finite element method to provide the basis for the analysis of electromagnetic noise of the motor.
