摘要
针对机床切削加工过程中消耗能量的不同类型,分析了能耗建模的不同方法,从切削参数优化,降低能耗的角度分析了机床能耗模型的应用情况。具体分析了不同加工情况下,采用优化加工参数与传统加工参数相比能耗降低的程度,并对高速铣削能耗建模及优化进行了展望。
According to different types of energy consumption in cutting process of machine tools, different methods were analyzed based on consumption of energy in cutting process in this paper. The application of energy models was discussed based on cutting parameters and reduce energy. The degree of energy consumption reduction between the op- timized processing parameters and the traditional machining parameters was analyzed in detail under different machining conditions. This paper provides an outlook of the future of research on modeling and optimization of high speed milling energy consumption.
