Influence of the Bidding Price Coefficient for Procurement Projects with Comprehensive Scoring Method

综合评分法中,价格得分是评标的关键,价格系数决定价格得分。本文基于实际采购项目报价数据,按照规定的价格得分计算规则,计算不同价格系数取值时各组投标报价价格得分和排序,按照项目类型分析了价格系数取值对价格得分影响,针对不同性质的项目得出了具体结论,并提出取值建议。

For procurement projects with comprehensive scoring method,the price score is the most important index which is directly influenced by the price coefficient. Using real procurement price data and price score calculation rules,the tender scores and ranks are calculated with different bidding price coefficients. The influence of the bidding price coefficient is then analyzed for different types of projects. Suggestions on the choice of the price coefficient value are also given.
