摘要
传统的计划检修模式下,过修现象是普遍存在,对人、财、物造成一定的浪费。随着人工智能的高速发展,设备检修行业开始智慧检修模式的探索,即通过设备运行参数大数据的计算分析,评价设备健康程度,对设备运行状态做趋势分析,预警潜在的故障,指导检修工作。对智慧检修建设的架构、主要做法和基本原则提出了思考,为智慧检修建设的顺利推进提供了基础。
For hydropower companies adopting traditional planned maintenance mode,over-maintenance is frequently observed which causes certain waste of the human,financial and material resources. With the rapid development of the artificial intelligence technology,the equipment maintenance industry has begun to explore the intelligent maintenance mode. Through the big data calculation and analysis of the equipment operational parameters,the health level of the equipment is evaluated. Trend analysis is carried out for the running status of the equipment. Potential faults are predicted. Thus,the maintenance work is fully targeted. The structure,basic principles and main measures of the intelligent maintenance are discussed,which could be useful reference for the development of the intelligent maintenance.
