生鲜乳硫氰酸钠残留地域分布情况分析

摘要 本文对西北、东北、西南、华中地区的生鲜乳样品,采用相同仪器、方法进行硫氰酸钠残留检测摸底调查。涉及宁夏、新疆、陕西、黑龙江、四川、湖北6个省(自治区),样本1479份,跨度2013年至2017年。表明不同地域生鲜乳硫氰酸钠残留均有不同程度的检出,检出率和残留量呈逐年下降趋势,生鲜乳硫氰酸钠本底平均值为2.2μg/mL(可信度95%),阈值范围在0~6.2μg/mL。该结果对生鲜乳中硫氰酸钠属于本底值或者违法添加提供科学依据,为制定生鲜乳硫氰酸钠测定方法和确定标准判定线具有现实参考价值。 In this paper, the fresh milk samples from northwest, northeast, southwest and central China were investigated by using the same instruments and methods to detect sodium thio- cyanate residues. Involving 6 provinces (autonomous regions) of Ningxia, Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Sichuan and Hubei, with 1479 samples, spanning from 2013 to 2017. Show that different regions of fresh milk sodium thiocyanate residues were found in varying degrees, the de- tection rate and the residue decreased year by year, fresh milk sodium thiocyanate the average value is 2.2 g/mL (95% confidence), the threshold in the range of 0~6.2 g/mL. The results pro- vide scientific basis for sodium thiocyanate in raw milk to be background value or illegal addition, and have practical reference value for the determination of sodium thiocyanate in fresh milk and determination of standard determination line.
