摘要
在经济全球化的浪潮下,无锡中小企业的竞争压力日益加大。品牌建设成为中小企业迎接挑战的重要手段。论文分析了无锡中小企业品牌建设存在的问题,提出了从政府制定政策支持、加强组织建设与人才培训、制定品牌发展战略规划、制定品牌营销策略等途径提高中小企业品牌竞争力的对策。
Under the tide of economic globalization, the competitive pressure of SMEs in Wuxi is increasing day by day. Brand building as an important means to meet the challenges for SMEs. This article analyzes the problems existing in the brand building of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuxi, puts forward countermeasures to improve the brand competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises as formulating policies forn the government, strengthening organizational construction and personnel training, developing strategic planning of brand development and formulating brand marketing strategies.
