摘要
从改革开放伊始到现在的近40年时间里,浙商一直演绎着创新创业的精彩故事。论文通过对"改革开放三十年功勋企业家"和近三年"新锐浙商"的比较,从创业动机、创业资源、创业方式和创新环节四个维度梳理浙商创业模式的演变,以期能对其他创新创业者有所启示和借鉴。
Nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, Zhejiang merchants have been playing a wonderful story of innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the comparison of＂meritorious entrepreneurs in 30 years since from reform and opening up＂ and the ＂new Zhejiang merchants in latest 3 years＂, this paper sorts out the evolution of the entrepreneurial model of Zhejiang merchants from the four dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurship and innovation. It has enlightenment and reference significance to other innovative entrepreneurs.
