随着国家经济的不断发展与提高,科学技术的不断研究与创新,大数据下的人力资源管理创新成了企业发展以及媒体关注的首要内容。大数据时代所涉及的研究领域包括自然科学和社会科学等众多的科学领域,比如信息科学、系统科学、管理学以及心理学等。论文针对大数据时代的人力资源管理创新进行了研究与分析。
With the constant development and improvement of national economy, and constant research and innovation of science and technology, the innovation of human resource management under big data has become the primary content of enterprise development and media attention. The research fields involved in the era of big data include numerous scientific fields such as natural sciences and social sciences, such as information science, systems science, management science and psychology.
