金融支持新型农业经营主体发展的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems of Financial Supporting the Development of New Agricultural Business Entity and the Countermeasures

党的十八大报告中指出"发展农民专业合作社和股份合作,培育新型经营主体,发展多种形式规模经营,构建集约化、专业化、组织化、社会化相结合的新型农业经营体系",随后在2012年12月底召开的中央农村工作会议上又提出"将加大对种养大户、家庭农场、专业合作社和农业产业化龙头企业等新型经营主体的扶持力度"。

The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out ＂We should develop farmers＇ professional cooperatives and share cooperation, cultivate new business entities, develop diversified forms of scale operation, and build a new type of agricultural management system which is intensive, specialized, organized and socialized＂. Then, at the Central Rural Work Conference held at the end of December 2012,it pointed out that ＂We will increase support for new business entities such as large family farms, family farms, specialized cooperatives and leading enterprises in agicultural industrialization＂.
