随着市场经济的发展,应收账款保理作为一种新兴的综合性融资方式日益受到广泛关注。应收账款保理不仅可以解决企业资金难题,且对应收账款风险防范也有重要意义。论文对应收账款保理进行分析,并提出该业务在企业集团财务公司开展的适用性。

With the development of market economy, as a new comprehensive financing way, accotmts receivable factoring has attracted extensive attention. The account receivable factoring can not only solve the problem of enterprise funds, but also be of great significance to the risk prevention of accounts receivable. This paper analyzes the account receivable factoring, and puts forward the applicability of the business in the enterprise group financial company.
