A Review of Related Theoretical Research on Entrepreneurial Resource Acquisition

创业资源是创业不可缺少的,是实现创业成功的重要因素。同时在创业者创业的过程中会受到已有资源和能获得的资源,以及能获得的外部支持程度,即资源获取的影响。论文对国内外文献进行了梳理,总结了创业资源获取的概念、创业资源获取的定义、创业资源获取的过程,同时对社会资本对创业资源获取的影响、创业资源获取对创业绩效的影响进行了研究。

Entrepreneurial resource is indispensable for entrepreneurship and an important factor for achieving entrepreneurial success. At the same time, in the course of entreprenenrship, entrepreneurs will be affected by resources access, which is the existing resources and available resources and the degree of external support that can be obtained. The article reviews the domestic and foreign literatures, summarizes the concept of entrepreneurial resource acquisition, the definition of entrepreneurial resource acquisition, the process of obtaining entrepreneurial resources, at the same time, researches the impact of social capital on the acquisition of entrepreneurial resources, the impact of entrepreneurial resource acquisition on entrepreneurial performance.
