降低GDX2包装机三轮模盒损坏次数的研究

Research on Reducing the Number of Mold Box Damage of GDX2 Packing Machine No.3 Wheel

论文主要解决GDX2三号轮第二工位剔除烟包时容易导致模盒损坏问题。通过现场调查统计分析,确认了三个造成模盒损坏的主要因素。通过增加推烟板厚度和增加吹风装置,模盒损坏次数显著减少。

This paper mainly solves the problem that when the cigarette pack is removed from the second station of GDX2 round 3, it will easily cause the damage of the mold box. Through the field investigation and statistic analysis, three main factors which caused the damage of the mold box were eunfirmed. The number of mold box damage is significantly reduced by increasing the thickness of the push tobacco plate and increasingthe blowing device.
