日立H5000MDCS系统控制器全面清灰研究与探索

摘要 大唐三门峡发电有限责任公司二期600MW机组近年来卡件和CPU故障的次数明显增多,且CPU更换成本高,更换过程危险性大,增大了日常维护的工作量,严重威胁了机组的安全经济运行。经过多方面的分析得知控制器内CPU和卡件大量积灰,导致了模块、CPU、卡件散热不畅。二期自投运以来,因没有足够的经验和技术支持,一直没有对控制器进行停电全面清灰。最终经过长时间的研究和分析编写方案对控制器进行全面清灰,取得了明显的效果。 In recent years, the number of failures of the card and CPU of the phase Ⅱ 600MWunit ofDatang Sanmenxia Power Generation Co. Ltd. has increased significantly. And the replacement cost of CPU is high, the replacement process is dangerous, the workload of daily maintenance is increased, and the safe and economic operation of the unit is seriously threatened. Through many aspects of analysis, it is found that the CPU and card parts in the controller have a large amount of ash accumulation, which leads to the poor heat dissipation of modules, CPU and cards. Since the phase Ⅱ project has been put into operation, due to lack of sufficient experience and technical support, the controller has not been fully cleaning, finally, alter a long time study and analysis of the program, the controller is fully cleaned, and the obvious effect has been achieved.
