摘要
从装配式配电站内使用的板材及构件、一次设备、二次设备、二次接线标准化配送需求出发,研究了预制装配式配电站的结构框架和材料设计技术,一次设备参数及接口的标准化、通用性技术,二次设备模块化分隔组合技术、二次接线标准化预制技术,逐步统一相关设备材料的设计制造技术标准和接口标准,实现了不同装配式配电站板材及构件之间可替换、相同参数一次设备可替换、二次设备模块与模块之间可替换、二次光/电缆预制接头可替换,以及在必要情况下板材或构件快速整体替换检修,提升了变电站规划、设计、建设、验收、运维、检修的标准化水平。
Considering the prefabricated substation requirement for boards and components, primary equipment and secondary equipment, and secondary wiring standardized distribution, this paper studies the prefabricated substation in terms of the structure and material design technique, primary equipment parameters and interface standardization, general technology, secondary equipment modularization separation and combination tech- nique, and secondary wiring standardized preeast technology. The design and manufacture standard and inter- face standard of related equipment and material are gradually unified, realizing the alternation in prefabricated substation between the different sheet and artifacts, primary equipments with the same parameters, secondary equipment modules, and secondary light/cable precast joints, and if necessary the rapid replacement maintenance of whole sheet or component. This presented method can improve the standardization of the planning, design, construction, inspection, operation and maintenance of prefabricated substation.
