摘要 为便于对电缆线路设备巡检人员进行管理,结合卫星定位系统和云计算技术,设计了一种电缆线路智能巡检系统。采用定位系统(GPS)技术记录巡检路径,考察巡检人员是否按照规定的路径和顺序检查电缆线路设备,采用云计算技术去考察巡检人员是否检查了某个设备,结合两种技术考察巡检人员进行电缆线路设备检查时的操作规范性。它将克服基于信息纽扣巡检系统的信息纽扣存储空间小,易损坏且系统无法监测巡检人员到位情况的缺点和基于无线射频识别技术(RFID)智能巡检系统成本高,安装复杂,无法考察巡检人员操作规范性的缺点,提高了巡检系统的可靠性。介绍了巡检系统的设计原理,技术运用以及软硬件的实现。 To facilitate the management of the personnel responsible for patrolling cable line equipment, a new intelligent patrol system was devised by incorporating GPS and cloud computing technologies. It records the patrol route by GPS, to make sure whether the personnel patrol the cable line equipment according to the regulated route and order. And the cloud computing can a[firm whether the personnel have checked a certain device. GPS and cloud computing are incorporated to standardize the operation when the cable line equipment is checked. This new system can overcome the following deficiencies of the current patrol system. For example, the iButtons in the iButton based patrol system have small memory; they can be easily destroyed; the system can't determine whether the personnel have checked the certain device. The RFID-based patrol system has the shortcomings of high cost, installation complexity and being impossible to standardlize the operation. So this new patrol system has better reliability. This paper introduces the design principles, application of key tech- nologies and implementation of hardware and software.
