摘要
介绍了配电网可靠性计算理论,并建立了配电系统单个元件的可靠性模型。利用概率论和不确定性建模思想,建立了风机、光伏的分布函数以及随机性出力概率模型,阐述了含分布式电源的配电网可靠性计算方法。基于该模型和计算方法,分析了不确定性计算方法结果的特点,并选择失负荷概率LOLP及电力不足期望EDNS两个指标多次计算的平均值作为后续计算比较的依据,研究了分布式电源类型、容量、位置对可靠性的影响。
First, the reliability theory of distribution network is introduced and the reliability model of single component of distribution system is established. The distribution function of wind generation and PV are established by using probability theory and uncertainty modeling method; the method of calculating reliability of distribution network with distribute generations (DGs) is introduced. Then on the base of the model and calcu- lation method, it expounds the characteristics of the results of the uncertainty calculation method, and selects the average of the two indexes of LOLP and EDNS as the basis of the subsequent calculation. Finally, it studies the influence of distributed generation types, capacity and position on the reliability.
