摘要
介绍了在国网上海市南供电公司市南营业厅中搭建的智能信息化交互平台,利用智能化的互联网技术手段的功能及构架,将新增的智能设备与营业厅内已有的自助设备进行连接,从实现数据采集信息流和业务流的双向实时交互,提高营销部和其他电力部门在日常业务交互过程中的数据传送便捷性,提升营销体系的服务管理水平。
An intelligent informationization interactive platform has been built up in Shinan Service Hall of Shinan Power Supply Company, where intelligent Internet technology is applied in connecting the new intelligent devices with the self-service equipment already in the business hall. This proposed method implements the two- way real time interaction between the data collection information flow and business flow, improves the data transmission convenience between marketing department and other electric power departments in daily business interaction, and greatly enhances the management level of service marketing system.
