中国英语口译能力等级量表构建与应用——以口译教学中的形成性评估为例

On the construction and application of the Interpreting Scale of the China's Standards of English

口译能力等级量表是中国英语能力等级量表的重要组成部分。本文首先界定口译能力构念,然后从口译能力表现、口译策略能力、口译知识和口译典型特征4个方面阐释口译能力等级量表的描述语参数框架。文章进而介绍口译量表的构建方法及步骤,并以口译教学的形成性评估案例阐述口译量表的应用。

The Interpreting Scale is an important component of the China＇s Standards of English. This paper first de- fines the construct of interpreting proficiency, and then presents the descriptor framework of the Interpreting Scale from the perspectives of overall interpreting performance, interpreting strategic competence, interpreting knowledge and typical interpreting features. The paper further elaborates on the methods and procedures of constructing the Inter- preting Scale, and illustrates its application with cases of formative assessment in interpreting teaching.
