便携式道岔控制电路测试仪在线检测模块的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of On-line Detection Module of Portable Switch Control Circuit Tester

作为道岔控制的关键设备,转辙机电路故障检测维修效率对铁路行车安全保障具有重要意义。现场的道岔转辙机故障多依靠人工检测,凭经验判断为主,费时费力,且不确定性较大。针对此问题,设计了一种可实现道岔控制电路故障智能检测分析的便携式道岔控制电路测试仪,并选取其中的在线检测模块进行具体的设计与实现。

As one of key equipment of switch control,the fault detection and maintenance efficiency of the switch machine circuit are significant to the safety of train operation of a railway.On the spot,the faults of switch machine are detected manually and judged based on experiences,which is time consuming and quite uncertain.To address this problem,aportable switch control circuit tester is designed for realizing intelligent detection and analysis of the faults of switch control circuit and the online detection module of the tester is designed and implemented.
