电针结合西医治疗神经源性膀胱效果的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of the Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Western Medicine on Neurogenic Bladder

目的:评价电针结合西医治疗神经源性膀胱的疗效。方法:计算机检索2001~2016年PubMed、EBSCO ASP/BSP、中国知网、万方数据等数据库,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果:共12篇文献符合纳入标准,共816名研究对象,对其疗效、残余尿量、排尿次数、尿量、膀胱容量进行分析比较,得出电针结合西医治疗穴位刺激组效果优于对照组。结论:电针穴位结合西医常规疗法治疗神经源性膀胱有优势。

Objective ：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with western medicine on neurogenic bladder. Methods：The databases of PubMed,EBSCO ASP/BSP,CNKI and Wanfang Data from 2001 to 2016 were searched with computer,and RevMan 5.3 was applied for statistical analysis. Results： There were 12 articles meeting the inclusion criteria,including 816 subjects. The treatment effect,residual urine volume ,urination frequency,urine volume and bladder volume were compared,and it was concluded that patients treated with eleetroaeupuncture combined with western medicine were better than those in the control group. Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined with western medicine to treat neurogenic bladder shows certain advantages.
