益气补肾方治疗老年性便秘43例临床研究

Clinical Study on 43 Cases of Senile Constipation Treated with Yiqi Bushen Formula

目的 :观察益气补肾方治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法 :将86例老年性便秘患者随机分为对照组与观察组各43例,对照组采用常规乳果糖口服溶液与枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,观察组采用益气补肾方治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、大便性状积分的变化,采用便秘临床评分系统评定患者治疗前后症状的改善情况,记录治疗不良反应。结果:(1)治疗4周后,两组头晕眼花、气短乏力、脉细无力、舌淡少津评分均降低,观察组评分降低幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗4周后,两组便秘症状评分降低,大便性状评分上升,观察组便秘症状评分降低幅度及大便性状评分上升幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气补肾方治疗老年性便秘临床疗效较好,且安全性高。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Bushen formula on senile constipation. Methods： Eighty six patients with senile constipation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine lactulose oral solution and mosapride citrate dispersible tablets,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Bushen formula. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） symptom scores and stool character scores were compared between the two groups. The relief of symptoms was evaluated by the clinical scoring system of constipation, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results ：After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of dizziness,shortness of breath,weak pulse and pale tongue were decreased,and the ＇decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of constipation symptoms decreased,while the stool character scores increased,the changes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Yiqi Bushen formula is effective and safe in the treatment of senile constipation.
