从术语标准看印制电路制造业的信息化建设——重在抓信息流和建模控制

Exploration of Informatization in Printed Circuit Fabrication from the Terminology Standard—— Focusing on Information Flow and Modeling Control

印制电路制造行业如何与信息化相结合,当前业界的认识并不清晰。本文以印制电路领域术语标准为出发点,分析出国际上的发展重点在信息沟通和建模控制两方面,提炼出了印制电路制造业中信息和产品流转的模型,总结出对印制电路制造业生产模式对信息化需求点。基于这些分析、提炼和总结,提出了本领域发展信息化的切入点是构建贯通的信息流,着力点是对基本制造单元的建模控制,支撑点是信息、产品和工艺的标准化。

In printed circuit manufacturing, many have recognized the need of informatization, but they do not have clear roadmap. Starting with terminology standard in printed circuit field, this paper analyzes the global informatization focus on information communication and modeling controlling, refines the model of information and product flow in printed circuit manufacturing, and summarizes the informatization need in its production mode. Based on these analysis, refinement and summaries, it puts forward the suggestions on developing informatization in the field, starting from the establishment of information flow throughout the entire field, focusing on the modeling control in basic manufacturing unit and supporting with the standardization of information, product and technology.
