儿童玩具产品跟踪追溯技术研究

儿童玩具产品的有效跟踪追溯能够在产品出现质量问题时快速准确对其进行召回。论文对GS1系统进行了概述,研究提出基于GS1编码体系追溯到品类、批次和单品不同追溯精度的儿童玩具产品编码方法;对常用标识方案进行论述,运用条码印制、DPM技术及RFID技术对儿童玩具产品标识实施方式和标识形式进行设计,通过编码标识对儿童玩具产品进行跟踪追溯。论文可以有效指导儿童玩具生产经销企业应用合适的追溯技术,提高企业管理水平,为消费者、质监部门提供技术支持。

Effective tracking and traceability enables children toys to be recalled fast and accurately when quality problems arise. GSI system is summarized in this paper. The coding method based on GSI coding system is put forward and this coding method can trace back to brand category, batch and single according to different traceability accuracy. The common mark schemes are discussed. Implementation way and mark form of children toys are designed by using bar code printing, DPM and RFID technology. This paper can guide enterprises to apply appropriate tracking and traceability technology and provide technical support for consumers and quality supervision department.
