摘要
本文通过分析儿童玩具从原材料采购、加工制造、销售和使用全过程的质量安全追溯关键信息,提出以二维码技术为依托,构建儿童玩具质量安全全程追溯系统的方案。该系统可与企业的ERP系统、物流系统及售后服务系统等建立数据接口,进而帮助企业建立产品故障反馈、客户投诉信息收集、产品风险识别与分析的快速反应和决策机制,实现企业及时发现产品缺陷,精准实施召回,节约召回成本的目标。
Based on the analysis of key information in the process of raw material procurement, manufacture, distribution and use, the quality and safety traceability system of children's products is established based on QR code technology. The system could establish data interface with the enterprise's ERP system, logistics system and after-sales service system, and play an important role in establishing the rapid response and decision-making mechanism of product failure feedback, customer complaint information collection, risk identification and analysis. And it would help to accomplish the goal of detecting product defect in time, accurate recall, and saving the cost of a recall.
