基于医生角度的抗生素不合理使用情况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Irrational Use of Antibiotics and Its Influencing Factors from Physicians' Perspectives

目的:深度了解抗生素不合理使用的基本情况及其影响因素,探究医疗机构医生对抗生素合理使用的认知和态度,揭示影响医生抗生素处方行为的因素,为促进抗生素合理使用提供参考。方法:开展文献系统评价,搜索Pub Med和CNKI数据库,收集医生对抗生素认知的相关研究,检索时限设定为2000年1月至2017年3月。结果:初筛共获得文献2169篇,根据纳入和排除标准进行筛选,最后纳入文献47篇。结论:国内外抗生素不合理使用情况均十分严重,但国内关于医生抗生素不合理使用原因方面的研究尚比较缺乏,本研究对今后的研究方向与重点内容提出建议。

Objective： To understand the basic situation of irrational use of antibiotics and its influencing factors, to explore the cognition and attitude of physicians for rational use of antibiotics and to reveal the factors influencing the prescription of antibiotics so as to provide references for rational use of antibiotic. Methods： The relevant researches which were related to physicians＇ cognition of antibiotics were collected from PubMed and CNKI database to carry out a literature system evaluation. The search period was set from January 2000 to March 2017. Results： A total of 2169 articles were first collected and 47 articles were included in the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Conclusion： The situation of irrational use of antibiotics was very serious at home and abroad. But the studies on factors influencing physicians＇ prescription of antibiotics were few in China. This study put forward some suggestions for the future research direction and key contents.
