目的 :观察青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者不同治疗方式对愈后的影响。方法 :对 38例青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者愈后状况进行综合性调查。结果 :儿童期患者 ,肿瘤发展慢者 ,可观察或实施肿瘤部份刮除术 ,成年后再行肿瘤全切术 ;肿瘤发展快者 ,应行肿瘤全切术。青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者 ,应行肿瘤全切术。结论 :青少年颌骨骨化性纤维瘤患者 ,在颌骨发育完全后 。

Objective:To study the effects of different treatment methods on patients of ossifying fibroma under adults Methods:38 cases with ossifying fibroma under adults were investigated Results: Patients with ossifying fibroma in childhood were either surveyed or operated if tumors were slowly developed The operation should be partly excised Tumors which were rapidly developed should be full excised Conclusion: It was best way to excise perfect ossifying fibroma when jaw was full grown
