摘要
指出了在脱硝催化剂再生工艺中超声清洗是至关重要的一环。以失活的SCR脱硝催化剂为研究对象,运用BET比表面积测试法(BET),X射线荧光(XRF)进行表征,探讨了超声清洗的功率、频率、时间、温度等参数,并对碱液超声和碱液超声加鼓泡浸泡两种方式进行了对比分析。
Ultrasonic cleaning is a crucial part in the regeneration process of denitrification catalyst. The deactivated denitrification catalyst was used as the research object, and the specific surface area test method and X ray fluores- cence were used to characterize it. This paper discussed the parameters of ultrasonic power, frequency, time, tem- perature and so on. It compared the two ways of ultrasound and ultrasound combined with bubbling soak.
