C/PTFE和PbO_2电极同时作用氧化降解甲基橙废水实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以电还原氧气产生H_2O_2的C/PTFE气体扩散电极为阴极,PbO_2电极作为阳极,涤纶滤膜作为隔膜,采用阴阳极同时作用氧化降解甲基橙模拟废水,实验考察了曝气量、电流密度及初始pH值对甲基橙降解效果的影响。结果表明:在pH值为7,电流密度30mA/cm^2,曝气量1.2L/min,电解时间80min时,脱色率可以达到90%以上,脱色效果阳极室好于阴极室;COD去除率可达到85%以上,阴极室COD去除率高于阳极室。 Under the condition of C/PTFE gas diffusion electrode produced the H2O2by electric reduction, oxygen was used as the cathode; the PbO2 electrode was used as the anode; the polyester membrane was used as the diaphragm; wastewater contain methyl orange was degraded on the simultaneous action of cathode and anode. The effects of aeration, current density and initial pH on the degradation of methyl orange were investigated experimentally.Results show that under the condition of the pH value of 7, the current density of 30 mA/cm2, air 1.2 L/min, 80 min electrolytic time, decolorization rate can reach more than 90%.Effect of anode room is better than the cathode chamber. COD removal rate can reach more than 85%.The cathode chamber is higher than the anode room.
