气象在建造CAP1400型压水堆核电机组工程的应用研究

摘要 指出了CAP1400型压水堆核电机组是在消化、吸收、全面掌握我国引进的第三代先进核电AP1000非能动技术的基础上,通过再创新开发的具有我国自主知识产权、功率更大的非能动大型先进压水堆核电机组。此核电机组拟建设2台CAP1400型压水堆机组,位于山东威海市荣成石岛湾厂址。该机组建造周期长达10年之久,在总结同行业核电机组建造过程中经验教训的基础上,根据自然条件和厂址实际,分析了气象情况的发展势态,评价了气象对CAP1400型压水堆核电机组建造阶段的影响,从保障建造阶段安全和促进可持续发展的高度,提出了气象预报服务在此阶段起到的作用。 Cap1400 type pressurized water reactor nuclear power generating units are based on the digestion, absorp- tion, a comprehensive grasp of China' s introduction of the third generation of advanced nuclear power AP1000 non-- active technology.By re--innovation, a non--active system with independent intellectual property rights and greater power is developed.The group plans to build nuclear power reactor unit 2 CAP1400 type pressurized water, which is located in Shandong Weihai city of RongchengShidao Bay site. Construction period is up to 10 years. Based on the ex- periences and lessons learned in the process of nuclear power plant construction in the same industry, according to the natural conditions and site actual, this paper analyzed meteorological development momentum to evaluate the effect of weather on the cap1400 type pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant construction phase from the perspective of guaranteeing construction security and promoting sustainable development. At last, it also discussedthe role of the meteorological forecast service at this stage.
