摘要 目的 :探讨保存羊膜在眼表疾病中的应用。方法 :选择眼表疾病患者 54例 (56眼 ) ,根据不同病情 ,均在常规手术或联合皮瓣修补、角膜移植基础上采用深低温保存人羊膜移植 ,重建缺损的眼表面。结果 :所有患者术后炎症反应轻 ,眼表重建稳定。随访 5~ 2 4个月 ,平均 1 5 5个月 ,外伤 31眼中 2 3眼术后粘连解除 ,结膜缺损修复 ,眼表重建满意 ;8眼因烧伤严重部分改善 ,其中 2眼半年后经再次羊膜移植彻底修复。复发性翼状胬肉患者1 0眼中 1眼轻度复发。持续性角膜上皮缺损伴溃疡及义眼台暴露患者 1 5眼均治愈。结论 Objective:To evaluate the clinic application of preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation in severe ocular surface disease Methods: 54 patients (56 eyes) with ocular surface disease were chosen Operations of preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation for ocular surface reconstruction were performed on the basis of routine operations Results: All ocular surfaces of these patients were reconstructed with little inflammatory reaction and good stabilization In the follow up 15 5 months (5 24 months), adhesions were released, conjunctiva defects were repaired and surfaces were rebuilt with satisfaction, in 23 of 31 traumatic eyes. The other 8 eyes were partially improved because of severe burns. 2 of them were totally repaired after second amniotic membrane transplantation half a year later One of ten recurrent pterygium eyes showed a recurrence. 15 eyes with prosthetic eyeball exposure and conjunctival sac contraction or keratohelcosis were all cured Conclusion: The transplantation of preserved human amniotic membrane appears to be a very effective treatment for most of the severe ocular surface disease
