East Asian Confucianism as Confucian Classical Hermeneutics

摘要 东亚儒学因经典诠释而存在。经典诠释之于东亚儒学,不仅是方法论视域,更是存在方式和发展模式。东亚儒学之所以重视经典诠释,可以从"儒学传统中的经典意识"、"儒学经世致用的实践取向"以及"东亚儒学多元一体的存在形态"三个方面寻找答案。东亚儒学的建构总是与东亚儒者对经典的诠释密切相关且互为因果,东亚儒学实际上就是东亚儒家(学)经典诠释学。东亚儒家(学)诠释学强调对经典的"心解",其解经活动不单是主观重建客观的过程,更是在解经者的"前理解结构"中观照经典,在"视域融合"中开显经典意义的过程,在建构并澄清解经者的存在的同时,也将经典的意义以普遍性的方式历史地展示出来,为人们不断赢得最新的当下。 East Asian Confucianism relies mainly on classical hermeneutics.Classical hermeneutics is not only a methodology but also a mode of existence and development to East Asian Confucianism.The reasons for this can be seen from three aspects of classical consciousness,practical orientation and pluralistic unity.The construction of East Asian Confucianism hasalways been closely related to the interpretation of classics by Confucian scholars,and they are supplementary to each other.East Asian Confucianism is actually an East Asian Confucian classical hermeneutics,which emphasizes "interpreting through personal enlightenment."This interpretation is not only aprocess of subjective reconstruction,but also a process of reading them based on"pre-structure,"aprocess of discovering the meaning of classics through "fusion of horizons."By constructing and clarifying the existence of the interpreter,this kind of interpretation reveals the significance of the classics in universal and historical ways,thus continuously provides new meanings to the present.
