摘要 采用超声波辅助醋酸提取土壤重金属的前处理方法,分别通过原子吸收分光光度计和便携式重金属分析仪检测铅和镉的含量.实验结果表明,超声波辅助醋酸提取土壤的前处理方法时间短(提取镉只需要10 min,铅需要65 min),并且操作简单.同时,将微分电位溶出法与丝网印刷电极技术有机结合,实现现场快速检测土壤重金属,具有灵敏度高,精密度好的特点.因此相对于原子吸收分光光度计的操作,便携式重金属分析仪更快速,更简便. This paper is to study the method for the ultrasound-assisted acetic acid extraction of metals from soil.Lead and cadmium were detected by the atomic absorption spectrometer and the portable heavy metal analyzer. Experimental results showed that with the method for ultrasound-assisted acetic acid extraction of metals from soil,the time for the experiment was short( only 10 min for extracting cadmium and 65 min for extracting lead) and easy to operate. At the same time,the differential potentiometric stripping method was used together with the screen printing electrode technology to get a rapid detection of heavy metal in soil,which had the characteristics of high sensitivity and good precision. Therefore,compared with the operation of the atomic absorption spectrometer,the portable heavy metal analyzer is more rapid and convenient.
