左甲状腺素钠在老年甲减综合征治疗中的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of Levothyroxine sodium on senile hypothyroidism syndrome

目的分析左甲状腺素钠在老年甲减综合征治疗中的临床疗效。方法抽取本院于2015年3月-2016年6月期间收治的66例老年甲减综合征患者,随机将入选患者均分为观察组和对照组,对照组在治疗中选择甲状腺片,观察组在治疗中选择左甲状腺素钠,待两组患者治疗后比对其临床疗效。结果观察组用药后其治疗有效率为90.91%,对照组用药后其治疗有效率为72.73%,比对两组患者治疗后的TSH、FT3、FT4水平、不良反应发生率以及TSH恢复用时,数据间经对比均呈现统计学意义。结论将左甲状腺素钠应用于老年甲减综合征治疗中,其效果良好,在用药过程中具有安全可靠性。

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of levothyroxine sodium on the senile hypothyroidism syndrome.Methods 66 cases of elderly patients with hypothyroidism syndrome being stayed in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected. All patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given Thyroid Tablets, while the observation group was given levothyroxine sodium. Clinical efficacy between two groups after treatment was compared. Results At the observation group, the effective rate of treatment was 90.91%, while the effective rate of control group was 72.73%. After treatment, FSH,FT3, FT4 level, the incidence of adverse effects and TSH recovery between two groups showed statistically significant difference.Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium can be used on hypothyroidism syndrome among elderly patients, and its effect is good, it is safe and reliable.
